The brief but intense career of Jesus Fernandez, a young dancer from Cadiz, includes studies with Mario Maya and Antonio Canales, among others, and shared stages with the no less masterly Aurora Vargas and Juana la del Revuelo.

Among his most recent achievements include international betting 'Bondage', who directed and performed in London, and 'Medea', production in the Netherlands who served as principal dancer and choreographer, and with which he toured throughout Europe. Regarding his latest work stands 'Neither here nor there' show directed by Pepa Molina in the cycle the Other's gaze Flamenco (Madrid) in one year, 2009, in which Fernandez led the Flamenco Festival de Málaga.

Fernandez knows enough to print the character on the movement needed to fill any space. Its rhythms tenacious, no frills but very expressive innecesearias, shows a talent that, mindful of the line que effectively separates the gimmicky, opt for the former. He has toured other countries as Argentina, Panama, Italy, Brazil, Japan and has practiced the teaching of dance at the Conservatory of Casa Patas and the Municipal School of Antonio Canales. In 2004 he formed his own company under the name 'DSA Flamenco in the company', where a firm has been able to develop as a choreographer. Its activity has been frantic in recent years and has done more to enhance their stature and legend.

Karim is the living image that doesneed to be to master the Spanish flamenco. And this Mexican, in fact, continues the tradition of a great dynasty. Daughter of Mercedes Amaya "La Winy 'and, therefore, a grandniece of the legendary Carmen Amaya, has collaborated with the National Dance Company and with artists like Manuela Carrasco and Antonio Canales. Along with Mercedes runs one of the most important flamenco academies of Mexico.
